Shipping and Returns
The estimated shipping time for sandals that are marked “in stock” is 1-2 business days.
Shoes that are not in stock and need to be pre–ordered take 30-45 days to be produced and will ship at that time. Orders completed on Saturdays and Sundays and Greek holidays will be completed the next working day.
Delivery costs are not applied as we are offering Free Shipping for worldwide deliveries and Greece.
The preferred method for shipments worldwide is Hellenic Post. Deliveries in Greece are handled by EasyMail.
We hope you are happy with you order. If your purchase is not exactly what you are looking for you have 14 days from receiving your order to arrange your exchange or return.

How to receive a refund
Once the return has been checked by our team, you will receive an email regarding the returned items.

4. The time it takes to receive your refund depends on the payment method or your credit card provider.
*We recommend using our own service in order to ensure a timely delivery however you can also return the item via your preferred service using e.g. regular post.
